this leads to websites users beling blocked with errors such as 500 or 403
often because they come in via a VPN
the lack of information is very damageable, i suggest you redirect to a specific page: explaining the reason of the blocking (like "deactivate your VPN")

We understand that the firewall can sometimes appear stringent and may cause issues such as 403 or 500 errors, especially when users access websites via some IP ranges.
Customers already have the ability to personalize the WAF settings via N0C > Security > Web App Firewall (WAF), and they can review the details of each block—including the rule triggered—through N0C > Security > Firewall History.
Given the millions of attack attempts we handle daily, we must maintain strict protections to ensure overall platform security and safeguard our customers’ websites. For this reason, we don’t have the flexibility to implement custom error pages for every block, as doing so could reveal sensitive information to potential attackers.
If there are specific cases where legitimate traffic is being blocked, we encourage opening a support ticket, so our team can investigate the issue in detail and provide guidance.
